Ingredients
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. First, Mince an onion.You can also use a food processor to finely chop them.
  2. Put oil in the pan.
  3. Next, add the onions and saute until golden brown.
  4. When onions are golden brown, add mirin. Turn off heat in 40 seconds.
  5. Add sugar , add rice vinegar, add olive oil, add soy sauce , add salt and pepper
  6. Then mix well
  7. When the sauce is mixed, it's ready to serve.
